Information for Stall Holders
The normal levy of £30 should be paid along with the booking form - see link on the right. Cheques are to be made payable to "Bishopton Week Group".
The following information should be read and understood, there is a copy of this on the right to download, click on "Stallholders Information & Application Form"
- A representative from your organisation should be present on the field on the morning of Bishopton Day between 9 - 9.30 am to confirm the location of your stall and ensure adequate space has been allocated for your requirements. Any attendance later than this time and we cannot guarantee your exact requirements will be met.
- Stall holders are responsible for providing their own equipment ie. tents, tables, power etc. However, a limited number of tents and tables may be available for hire from the Bishopton Scout Group and should be arranged directly by the stall holder in advance. Please contact either Pat Woodrow on 862146 or Johnny Wharie on 0141 812 0816.
- Due to health and safety concerns, stall holders may use their vehicles on the field only until 12.00 noon. After that time they will need to remain on site as no further vehicles, other than in an emergency, will be permitted on or off the field until after 16.30 pm.
- In case of emergency or incident, please immediately notify a member of the Bishopton Week Group (they will be wearing high visibility vests).
- Due to a number of complaints in recent years and the excessive clean-up effort involved, the selling of certain aerosol novelty goods will not be allowed. Please confirm suitability before purchasing stock.
- The Bishopton Week Group will not be liable for any losses incurred.
- Please ensure you tidy your stall area prior to departure and deposit all litter in the skip provided.
- Stall holders must hold liability insurance and provide a copy either with their booking form or on the day. If you have difficulty organising this please contact me and I will provide you with contact details of our insurers.
- The attached form should be detached, completed and returned to me no later than Saturday 14th June 2008.
- Should you wish to advertise your organisation in the Bishopton Day Programme please contact me for further details.
Please phone if you have any problems or queries, if we know in advance we may be able to help.
